Our passion has always been really good coffee. We installed our first roaster in 2018 in our Battlefield shop in Glasgow, which allowed us to produce small batches of coffee from producers all around the world.

Since then, we’ve opened a number of Grain and Grind locations across Scotland and a standalone roastery in Inverness to meet the ever growing demand for Grain and Grind coffee. We now supply and service espresso machines and supply coffee to a range of different establishments across the UK.

We still however stick to our founding principle of producing great coffee with over 20 available at any time. Each of these coffees has been selected and roasted with the careful consideration and expertise of our Head Roaster, John, who uses traditional methods in his work to produce the perfect cup.

We’re proud to work with smallholders and farming co-operatives from all over the world, many of whom are committed to ethical, organic and sustainable methods and most of our coffees are named after the farms and estates from which they’ve come from.
