Inverness is our Northern-most location and offers ample indoor seating in our bright and airy cafe!
You can expect our high-quality coffee (roasted in Inverness, just down the road!), our extra-large brownies
and bakes, sausage rolls, and our ready-made sandwiches all for sit-in or takeaway.

Please note we do not take reservations or offer a brunch service at any of our locations and all of our
locations are dog-friendly!

I was charmed by this cafe during my visit to Inverness. The staff are friendly and helpful and you can tell from the fliers on the bar that kind people come here. The chai was a little sweet for me (it’s Mumbai Railway), but a shot of espresso balanced it nicely. Lovely treats on offer as well.

Absolutely wonderful little cafe! Properly brewed delicious coffee (which smells amazing the second you enter) and thick slices of cake to top it off – perfection! Our little dogs were very warmly greeted and loved on by the exceptionally friendly staff. We all felt really welcomed and comfortable. Exactly what we were needing to warm up after a cold wintry walk

Best coffee shop in Inverness in my opinion! I go here most days. Staff are wonderful, the coffee is so smooth and delicious, cakes are delicious and there is just a lovely atmosphere in there. Grain and Grind is very inclusive to all with a range of food and beverage options. It is dog friendly also, which I absolutely love!!
