Sourced from select producers across Central America and South America, this 100% Arabica coffee is a carefully crafted blend of washed and natural (dry-processed) beans.

The washed beans preserve the bright, fruit-forward flavours of high-grown mountain coffees nurtured in rich volcanic soils.

The natural or dry-processed beans are dried inside the coffee cherries, allowing the sugars and oils from the fruit to slowly penetrate the beans, carrying natural sweetness and additional body.

By expertly blending these coffees during roasting, we achieve more complex and balanced flavour profiles in the end cup. Roasted to the cusp of second crack, this coffee offers a deeper, less fruity profile with luxurious dark chocolate undertones, complemented by subtle notes of red berries and a touch of spice.
