Roast Score

Sourced from select producers across Central America and South America, this 100% Arabica coffee is a carefully crafted blend of both washed and natural or dry-processed beans.

The washed beans retain the bright, fruit-forward flavours of high-grown mountain coffees gained from months of growth in rich volcanic soils.

The natural or dry-processed beans are dried inside the coffee cherries or ‘drupes’, allowing sugars and oils from the fruit to slowly penetrate the bean itself, carrying natural sweetness sweetness into the cup. Sugars from the drying cherry also impart more soluble solids to the coffee bean which amplify its body.

By expertly blending these coffees during roasting, we achieve more complex and balanced flavour profiles in the end cup. Roasted to the cusp of second crack, this coffee delivers a deeper less fruity taste with plenty of dark chocolate undertones, complemented by subtle hints of red berries and a touch of spice.
